PET/ANIMAL POLICY. All animals must be approved by management prior to the animal’s move in. Maximum of two (2) animals per apartment. A non-refundable animal fee of $400.00 is required per pet.  Animal rent is $20.00 per month per pet.  Fees and deposits do not apply to service or support animals. All local and City ordinances are enforced (leash law, pick-up of pet waste, etc.).
