ANIMALS.  All animals must be approved by management prior to the animal’s move in. Maximum of two (2) animals per apartment. A non-refundable animal fee of $350 is required. Animal rent is $35 per pet, per month. Fees and deposits do not apply to service or support animals. All local and City ordinances are enforced.
