ANIMALS: All animals must be approved by management prior to the animal's move-in. Maximum of 2 animals per apartment. A non-refundable animal fee of $250.00 per pet, and a refundable deposit of $250.00 per pet is required. Animal rent is $10.00 per month per pet. Fees and deposits do not apply to service animals. All local and city ordinances are enforced.
