ANIMALS.  All animals must be approved by management prior to the animal’s move in. Maximum of two (2) animals per apartment. A non-refundable animal fee of $250.00 per pet and a refundable deposit of $250.00 per pet is required. Animal rent is $10.00 per month per pet. Fees and deposits do not apply to service or support animals. All local and City ordinances are enforced.
