ANIMALS  Two pet limit per apartment.  Aggressive breeds are not permitted and all pets must have proof of current rabies immunization.  Management approval is required for all animals and a signed pet agreement must be on file.  A non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 and a refundable deposit of $250.00 is required.  Pet rent is $15.00 per month.
